  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the original purchase date.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including Puffco products, which are considered final sale.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee. We strongly recommend insuring your return package to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to FDA regulations and for health and safety purposes, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used e-liquids or juices
  • Products not purchased directly from vip2smokers.com
  • Opened or used devices and accessories
  • Shipping fees
  • Puffco products, whether opened or unopened
  • Partially used or opened sample packs or bundled items

Additional Return Instructions

  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Exchanges: Upon receipt of the returned items, a customer service representative will reach out to confirm your exchange preferences. For exchanges involving items of higher value, any remaining balance will apply. A standard shipping fee will be applied to orders below $100.
