Local Delivery and Pickup Options
- Local Delivery: Enjoy free same-day delivery on orders totaling $50 or more (after discounts and before taxes) in Springfield, Missouri, when placed before 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered the following business day.
- Pickup from Store: You can also pick up your order at our Springfield store. Simply select the pickup option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
Domestic Shipping
FREE Domestic Shipping on Orders Over $100!
- Eligibility: Orders totaling $100 or more (after discounts and before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
- Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/DPO/FPO military addresses.
- Shipping Method: Free shipping will be available as an option at checkout if your order qualifies.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: We process orders within 24 to 48 business hours. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
- Business Days: Our processing times are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Carrier and Delivery Timelines
- We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- West Coast (Arizona, Nevada, California, Washington, Idaho): 3-7 business days
- Eastern Half of the U.S.: 5-10 business days
Important Information
Age Verification & Required Adult Signature
In compliance with federal regulations, all packages containing vape or e-cigarette-related products require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. The recipient must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for age confirmation. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the package may be returned, and additional fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
- Lost/Stolen Shipments: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@vip2smokers.com We recommend selecting Guide Insurance at checkout to cover lost or stolen packages, as VIP Smoker Vape is not responsible for shipments once they have left our facility.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged items and the packaging. Contact our customer support team at contact@vip2smokers.com with the photos, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on how to initiate returns or exchanges. Certain restrictions may apply, especially on consumable products due to federal regulations.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable shipping or restocking fees, once we receive the returned item. Some items, like e-liquids and opened devices, are not eligible for return or exchange.
